Hello, I would like to share my impressions of working with an online store, which is actually the first in my online shopping experience. I am generally someone who approaches the purchase of something new very carefully, as I believe that things should be bought thoughtfully. Getting to the point of the review: due to renovations in our apartment, we replaced most of the old furniture with new items. Consequently, we needed to buy some additional items. My mom and I set out to find bedding and also wanted to look for a new mattress, as the old one had "sunk" and didn't fit the size of the recently purchased bed. The main problem was that we initially didn't choose a mattress for the bed because we thought we could find a cheaper option than what was offered in the store. It turned out that finding a decent, appropriately sized, and inexpensive mattress was quite challenging. That's when we started browsing online stores as well. We noted a few attractive offers and began calling them. Among four options, the most trustworthy seemed to be this little store, top-matras.ru, located in Moscow. The consultant, a very friendly girl, explained to us that they offer both free and paid delivery, and they could send the mattress to us. However, we decided to be cautious and called another store nearby, which also had reasonable delivery conditions, but their mattress prices were sky-high, so we ultimately chose the first option. At that time, there were discounts on the website, and we decided to buy the budget model Roll Standard 10; the price was reasonable, and the specifications seemed fine too. We called the first online store again, and the consultant, who was also an orthopedic specialist, advised us on this model. We were basically satisfied with everything, especially since the mattress price wasn't too high, so we quickly finalized the purchase and arranged for delivery (500 rubles). There was an option for express delivery, but we didn't particularly need it, so we chose the standard conditions. The consultant clearly explained all the delivery details, and since we have an elevator in our building, we didn't have to pay extra for bringing the mattress up. Overall, our entire order did not exceed 4000 rubles, which is certainly a pleasant surprise.
