I can recommend Alexey Tolkachev as an SEO specialist... in the case of my website, he got it out from under the Minusin penalty that Demis had put it under, and also built a quality strategy across all possible traffic channels using comprehensive analytics... A rare case of an honest professional in this field. He works competently, without unnecessary "movements," and most importantly, he does so economically, coordinating current expenses with the client, rather than presenting them with a fait accompli, saying this and that has been done and it costs this much. In general, a reasonable specialist who knows his stuff.
