On February 13 of this year, I placed an order on this site for 4K VK views. To get ahead of myself, I want to note that I had previously encountered under-delivery on this resource. But what happened this time is simply beyond belief. Out of the 4,000 views I ordered, they only delivered (don’t be surprised!) 2,500! That means 1,500 just disappeared, in other words, I was cheated out of a whole 1.5K! Customer support operates from noon to 6 PM, so if you place an order at another time, you won’t be able to resolve the issue immediately. I placed my order early in the morning, and when I saw in my personal account that it was marked as fully completed, I checked the data and, as they say, was in shock! After writing to support, I naturally received a response only after noon. The communication with the support operator dragged on for 3 hours! The operator struggled to understand how to check the number of views and assured me that this data was only available to me. In short, what a "specialist"! Only after I suggested that the number of views can be seen by clicking on the time under the post, he/she informed me that the money for the under-delivery had been returned to my balance. By the way, before that, I had attached screenshots showing the number of views, where out of 4K there were only a little over 2,500. But then the most interesting thing happened. After receiving the refund to my balance, I decided to use that money to continue the views, but then problems started! The system began to throw an error when placing an order, and this error occurred for all VK orders. Writing again to customer support (I had to do it before 6 PM), the same operator explained that "lately their partners often cancel orders without explanation," and offered to refund the money from my balance to my card. If you read my review carefully, you’ll understand that after achieving justice, I ended up getting blocked from placing orders. In conclusion, I want to point out that the site deceives its customers with large orders. Yes, in my case, they refunded the money, but for exposing their scam, I ended up on the blacklist. I cannot recommend this site, as being cheated out of one and a half thousand views is simply unacceptable. If you decide to order views from them, especially VK, always check that the number of views matches what you purchased.
