Currently, there are very few hosting companies that know how to interact properly with their clients. Before scheduled maintenance, TW always sends notifications and provides the exact start and end times for the work. And, you know, they have never let us down :) I can't recall a single instance where I had to wait more than 2 minutes for a response from tech support. And I have only contacted tech support twice in 4 years of close cooperation with them.
