Firstly, they offer a variety of plans, which allows you not to overpay for RAID arrays that are unnecessary in the early stages of website development. If you pay for high reliability and speed, you will truly receive it. They won’t offer you the same thing at a higher price with promises of some changes. The second important point is stability: throughout our time working with them, there have been no major outages that weren’t resolved almost instantly. High reliability has already been mentioned. When we were using the cheapest server, backups were always made (and apparently more than one). Support responds to all questions very quickly, always helps, even if the questions seem silly from someone who just learned what a server is yesterday :)) It’s also worth noting that working with TimeWeb is simply convenient. Everything is clear and visible. This applies to both the TimeWeb website itself and the hosting/servers. I see what I’m paying for.
