Of course, during my time with Timeweb, there were instances of downtime, but they responded quickly. Once, they experienced high loads on their database, and they moved my site to a new platform. As a result, there was an error when loading the site. I have a fairly visited resource (800 unique users). However, there were no downtimes. Timeweb checked the transfer and resolved the issue. If there are other interruptions, they always inform about it. Their service rates are average, but I believe that for such quality, it's an excellent price, as some offer services at inflated prices. I give this hosting the highest rating. I chose them based on reviews I found online. I definitely recommend reaching out to them, even if this will be your first hosting.
