I switched to Timeweb from my previous provider and now manage a large portal of 60 GB. From a technical standpoint, I have no complaints. The server runs quickly and powerfully, and I've had no issues with the processor or RAM. As for reliability, the server did go down once, but recovery took place within a day. There haven't been any similar situations in the last six months. Whenever I had questions, I always reached out to customer support. They have a well-organized system for dealing with clients: you can get consultations on informational issues over the phone, and technical questions are resolved through tickets. The prices are reasonable and match the quality of the services.
