I purchased hosting from this company and was initially satisfied until I found out that their IP addresses are blocked by mobile operators. I requested a refund for the unused time, but support simply ignored my request. I argued in the ticket for a week, and they suggested changing the location. But the situation remained the same. Support doesn't even try to understand, just replies: "Everything is fine on our end, it's your problem, we won't refund your money." Their website has a rating of 4.9, which raises doubts. Either all the reviews are bought, or I just got unlucky. Another provider has a similar situation, but everything works perfectly there. I tried from different mobile operators, both from my devices and from friends' devices. Overall, I do not recommend this provider.
