You can find them by words or phrases considering morphology, use negative keywords and exact matches, as well as filter channels by various criteria such as geography, topic, language, and channel size. Every day, the system monitors about 40 million publications and does so very quickly — posts arrive within 10 seconds after they are published. You can receive data directly in Telegram (via a bot), in a chat, or through a URL. The search accuracy is high, with only relevant publications appearing in the results. Monitoring is paid, but for my case, the price is quite reasonable.
