Telderi is a fraudulent community: 1. Websites with viruses and scripts. 2. Arbitration always favors the seller. 3. The buyer on Telderi is not protected. I purchased a site exchange and set it up on a subdomain of my store. The next day, the antivirus on the hosting triggered, but I didn't think much of it and deleted the viral file, continuing to work with the admin panel. (At that time, I didn't know that the antivirus doesn't detect scripts.) Two days later, my email account on the hosting was blocked for sending over 3000 identical emails. I deleted the purchased site, the database, and changed the passwords for my store. Since the deal on Telderi was not completed, I filed a dispute in arbitration regarding this purchase. I provided screenshots from the support of the host reg.ru. When the arbitrator asked the seller how he would explain this, he replied that the mailing was set up this way. The arbitrator said, "Dear buyer, the seller has explained the reason for the mailing, are there any further questions?" I replied that these were remotely controlled scripts that didn't activate immediately after the site was installed, but only after two days. The arbitrator suggested that I install the site on my own hosting and check for viruses. I said that I had already done that, the antivirus doesn't detect scripts, and I deleted one virus, but the others remain unnoticed. The arbitrator then asked if I had evidence that the seller's site was the cause of the mailing. I realized that the arbitrator trusted the seller without requiring any proof from him, while the buyer's evidence was ignored. I lost 1500 rubles, fortunately not more. This "exchange" is complete madness: 1. The seller is always right. 2. Even with clear evidence from the buyer that the seller is a fraud, rule number one still applies.
