I have been using SpaceWeb (sweb.ru) for over two years to host several websites. It is one of the most popular and affordable hosting services in the Russian internet. Pros: good uptime, fast page loading, user-friendly control panel, and reasonable prices. There is a free plan available. Technical support responds quickly and competently. There is automatic backup. As for the cons: there may be resource limitations on shared plans, but it’s great for small projects. I recommend it.
