I join the negative reviews; I've been silent for too long, and it's boiling over. For just over 9 months, I have been a fairly active customer on this platform. Several times, I was simply brushed off by the administration due to incompetent and unscrupulous performers.
When I registered, there were certain terms in the offer, but it turned out they are not fixed and are subject to "improvement" by the site owner, Dmitry Feskov. So, at registration, the terms were one way, and now they are different, with a number of conditions that protect the rights of customers simply removed. For example, a performer refused two orders, just wrote that they wouldn't do them. There is a so-called "complaint" on the site, which outlines the essence of the problem, and the site promises 75% for "scammers," BUT!!! No one pays that out anymore. There are plenty of reasons not to do so. I was scammed on an order, I canceled it, returned the money to the student, and closed the order. So, no one compensated me. They simply said, "Well, you closed the order," and nowhere is it written how and in what way these mythical penalties are paid out.
Another case - I ordered a test on law, which needed to solve problems, and some had questions like "Why is that?" The performer just replied, "Because it's according to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" or "Because it's written there." The work was returned, the performer cursed at me, requested additional payment, and what happened? They scolded him for cursing, saying it was forbidden, and I was told, "What did you expect? The answer is there." This is happening all the time. As long as the site's policy remains this way, performers will continue to be brazen, and in reality, there are almost no specialists left compared to what it was like at the time of my registration.
I categorically do not recommend this site; you will end up without money, without customers, without work, and without a reputation.
