We bought an apartment in a club house from the "Stroydom" group of companies and we have no regrets. The apartments are bright, the layout is convenient, the area is spacious, there are few neighbors, and the biggest plus is the yard where you can do whatever you want. For example, we created a relaxation area, and our neighbors with small children built a playground.
