We used to think that it was impossible to buy affordable real estate in a resort area. But it turned out to be not so bleak; we bought a studio apartment in a club house from the construction company "StroyDom93" at a reasonable price. Plus, we don't have to do any renovations since the apartments come finished, and there is also our own yard where we will have a relaxation area.
