Terrible website (store.spartak.com), terrible service, terrible administration, terrible hotline that is impossible to get through to right away. I ordered a book, called the administrator at that same hour, they confirmed the order and promised to deliver it the next day between 9:00 and 14:00 (since it was stated that the order was very urgent). In the end, I waited all day for the courier, but no one showed up. I called the administrator of the website store.spartak.com, and they said that all the courier vehicles had broken down and therefore delivery could not take place that day. It turned out that no one had actually arranged for delivery that day (even though I received a confirmation email at the time of ordering). They offered another delivery option - the next day (Saturday) in the morning, the delivery was re-registered to my home address, and I was told that it would definitely be delivered, don’t worry, this would never happen again. And what happened in the end? Saturday, I called at 9:00 to confirm whether the delivery, which was so promised to me, would take place. And what did I find out? Of course not, it’s Saturday and they are not satisfied with the delivery address, so they don’t want to deliver the order that was very urgent (I’ll repeat that again). You really let me down, thank you. I hope after this review fewer people will order from your site.
