I can't say anything about this shady operation except for curses; they just ripped me off! They certainly created the illusion of work. They sprayed something smelly, and that was it; it really stank. The bedbugs didn't react to their poison at all; there were still just as many. I called and tried to resolve the issue, but all I got in response was rudeness...
