The company is responsible; I have collaborated with them multiple times. I own several warehouses for various needs, for products, construction materials, etc. Naturally, cleanliness and the absence of pests in the warehouse are important for clients, and I don't think I need to explain why such requirements exist. A couple of times, I had to take drastic measures to deal with rats, but usually, we manage with preventive measures. They have never let me down!
