The sensor on my iPhone wasn't working. I was looking for repairs. On the website http://spb.reiphone24.ru, prices for services were posted (display replacement 1100 rubles). However, nowhere was it indicated that the cost of parts was not included in the service price. The prices given over the phone were different, and they said the diagnosis was free, but didn't specify under what conditions. The technician arrived, said a diagnosis was needed, and that he would disassemble and reassemble the device. After disassembly, he quoted the cost of parts—3300 rubles for the display and 1100 rubles for labor. Totaling 4400 rubles (on the website it said 1100 rubles with discounts). I refused. They said I had to pay 900 rubles for the diagnosis and disassembly/reassembly. No one had previously warned me about such conditions in case of refusal to repair. When I asked questions related to this money scam, no one responded, they just kept switching me to clueless girls who can't even put two words together. Never go to these crooks.
