I bought a new computer for work, but it came with Windows 8.1 and there was no Office installed. After checking prices online, I was a bit surprised at how expensive everything was, but I found the website softcomputers.org where the prices were low and the reviews were good. I wanted to buy Office 2019, so I wrote to customer support to get more details about the product. They replied almost immediately and informed me that Office 2019 wouldn't work with Windows 8.1; I needed a newer version of Windows. They suggested I buy Microsoft Office 2016 Professional instead, which was priced at 799 rubles. I paid with my card, and the key arrived in about a minute to my email (I received a letter like this, and I've blurred out the key in the screenshot attached). I downloaded the Office 2016 program from the site, installed it, and activated it with the received key. Everything went smoothly! Thanks to the responsive customer support!
