I paid for the key. I agree, it's not expensive.
I set up SMS sending: they are being sent, money is being deducted from my account, but the SMS do NOT arrive (Ukraine, Kyivstar)....
As a result, I've been writing to them via email and ICQ for the second day now - no response (even though the key was activated and payment was accepted). The statistics on the money deducted from the account and the NOT sent SMS are excellent....
I don't even know what to say... luckily, I didn't buy a lot of SMS at once; otherwise, I would have wasted not only time but also money.
Advice to customers - better to stay away, or meet with the administrator in person before paying.
Advice to the company (if it exists) - establish feedback with customers, at least inform us that you are looking into it and to wait - the way you are doing it now, just ignoring us, is unacceptable for business.
Final conclusion: it's better not to get involved - you'll just waste your time.
