I used the SMS center's services for several months before deciding to switch to a more customer-friendly company. The main issue was strict moderation. Firstly, there is a complete lack of privacy. Although the service is not intended for personal correspondence and is mainly for sending promotional messages to clients, there were times when I had to share confidential information like passwords. All messages are seen by moderators, which means the information goes through third parties. Secondly, some messages get blocked due to suspicious words. I couldn't find a list of prohibited words, so every time it was a gamble whether the message would pass moderation. Fortunately, only the first message in a mailing list is subject to review; the rest are sent instantly. On the positive side, I can mention the reasonable prices. When I used the services, the cost was average. Any potential increases depend on the operators' tariff hikes, so the service isn't to blame in that regard.

There are various additional services, such as SIM card hosting or mobile advertising from cellular operators. However, for users like me who only work with SMS, the difference between these services mainly comes down to pricing. The SMS center offers quite affordable rates. Information about the service's operation is always visible, and the personal account provides access to the service agreement, current balance, rates, and information about sent and received messages. Customer numbers must be entered in international format, even if the distribution is within Russia. I had a large database at the start, and I didn't have to enter it manually — I just imported the .xlsx file. Messages are sent instantly, and the delivery rate is high. Over time, I set up personalized distributions with specific intervals, created separate groups, and conducted distributions to them, as well as developed special types of distributions, such as offering discounts on the customer's birthday.

The main problem with SMSC is the abundance of features, which leads to a complicated interface. It would be better if everything were organized more logically, but if you take the time to get used to it, it becomes less noticeable. However, the functionality is impressive. In addition to SMS, there are voice broadcasts and email options available. There is also a real-time preview feature. To test the service, you can fill out a small form and receive 15 rubles for testing. When I checked SMSC, the message arrived within 1.5 minutes after sending. The sending time when working with payment is the same. The rates are transparent. Although the interface looks confusing, all payment conditions are clearly stated: country of origin, operator, message type, and volume.

The functionality of the SMS broadcasts includes almost everything necessary. Using the service is very simple: just select a number or email, write the message text, and set up the sending. When filling in subscriber information, it is recommended to provide backup communication channels so that a duplicate message can be sent if the primary channel becomes unavailable. This could be another phone number or email. Prices vary depending on many factors, such as the subscriber's country, delivery type, and the number of sends per month. For me, the cost is about 1.5-2.15 rubles per message. It's hard to name an exact figure since the pricing structure is extensive and depends on many criteria. Payment for services can be made in various ways, from cards to electronic wallets. I use a card, and I haven't had any issues with extra charges. In the personal account, you can check all the information on sent messages. I haven't noticed any problems with the service's operation; it has been functioning for over 10 years and is a leader in the Russian market. Moreover, it does not inflate prices, and its use is truly beneficial.

Moderation on this service feels like playing Russian roulette in a casino — you either get lucky or you don't. Most of the time, you don't. When I asked why a text message I successfully sent a month ago was blocked, the response referenced advertising laws but lacked specifics. There are no clear criteria for why messages get blocked. I have to struggle to extract information from the managers, as they respond with one-word answers and to completely different questions. Overall, my impressions of this company are very negative.

I have made purchases several times from the online store Vstroika-solo. I bought kitchen utensils. All the products are of excellent quality and at reasonable prices. The service is top-notch. There are many pickup points, which is very convenient as it allows me to avoid delivery costs. I recommend this online store to both friends and strangers. I plan to continue shopping here in the future. I am a pensioner, and this is very convenient for me.

We collaborated for about two years. They suddenly raised the rates almost tenfold, and did not warn us in advance. When we reached out, they responded very aggressively: "It's your fault, you should have read the news on the website." As a result, we ended up with many dissatisfied and uninformed clients. This is no way to conduct business; we have already found a cheaper and higher-quality alternative. Overall, they have become too complacent.

I registered, filled out all the necessary forms, and topped up my account, but in the end, not a single message was delivered, even though the money was successfully deducted. The managers explain this by saying that the operators themselves do not complete the delivery, and everything is fine on their end, even though I tried sending to different countries and different networks. I studied the rules very carefully. This is just a scam, I strongly do not recommend it.

A letter from scammers arrived at this site, notifying about non-existent accounts and money, with the aim of stealing personal data. Even the amount mentioned in the letter, which they allegedly credited to the account, matches the one recently mentioned in warnings from the Central Bank and the Ministry of Internal Affairs about fraud.

The company paid mobile operators for sender names. However, after a temporary suspension of the service, the charges continued, resulting in a "bill." In other words, the company unilaterally puts clients' balances into the negative. We strongly advise against using this service. There are worthy alternatives.
