I have been using this service for sending messages on Viber for two years. I like that you can add images and action buttons to the messages. The maximum text length is 1000 characters, which is quite sufficient. I am completely satisfied with the service's performance. I launch mailings several times a month and receive responses, so I can see that the messages reach people.
