It's very convenient that you can schedule the mailing for the morning, and it will automatically be sent at the right time; we notify participants 10 minutes before the start. I recommend creating a custom signature for the SMS header—it's free, and recipients won't have any questions about who sent the message. Reviews often mention good support, but I haven't encountered it yet, as the dashboard is intuitively clear, and all the necessary functions are easily accessible.
