Terrible technical support. I made a transfer on Privat24, several attempts - the transfer didn't go through, and the money was returned. I wrote to PrivatBank's support - they replied that there was a technical issue on their side, and they had already fixed it. And then I...

Thank you. It's a fantastic course, right from the start. Not even a minute passed. Right away, it's the highest level course here. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I was so scared... but now I'm really happy.

Great exchange service. I exchange WMZ for Sberbank. It arrives in 15 minutes, and sometimes even faster. I've exchanged 1000 WMZ.

I wrote a lot to the site administration, and they replied that they do not work with my bank (PUMB), even though…

I conducted a test transaction. I was left dissatisfied. The system operates in manual mode, and the transaction was completed after 7 hours, only after I contacted technical support. They didn't scam me out of my money, but everything is very slow and inconvenient...

Great exchange service, I constantly use it here. The WMZ - Privat24 UAH rate is always higher than others. Payments arrive instantly. I recommend it.

Yesterday, there was an error and my money got stuck somewhere. I wrote a ticket to SmartWM support, and in the end, they returned the money! Excellent service. I recommend it to everyone!
