I have been working with this system for over a year and using it on eight projects. During this time, I have had no complaints — the system is quick and easy to set up, and integration is straightforward. There are many different channels for connecting feedback, and the list is constantly being updated. Technical support responds promptly, although I have only reached out 1 or 2 times for help with specific settings. Multi-domain integration is also available, allowing for different sets of feedback to be used on subdomains. In the end, I definitely recommend this system! It is truly useful, convenient, and affordable.
