I started having problems with urination, pain in the lower abdomen, and discomfort. I consulted a urologist because there was a history of prostate cancer in my close relatives. To rule out cancer, the doctor sent me for a PSA blood test (PSA is a protein produced by the prostate) and for a TRUS examination. After excluding cancer, he prescribed treatment (suppositories, antibiotics) and referred me to a physiotherapy office for a prostate massage procedure. After the very first visit, I no longer wanted to undergo this procedure, so I had to look for other methods to alleviate my condition. At a medical equipment store, the salesperson showed me a brochure for the Smart-Prost device and mentioned the website where I could learn more and place an order. After leaving a request on the smartprost.ru website, choosing a payment and delivery method, I placed the order. The package arrived very quickly, and after checking the device, I made the payment. Fortunately, I have a doctor friend who supervised me the first time I used the device at home, but it can also be done independently. Upon getting to know the device better, I found that the vibration started not immediately but after 1 minute, smoothly and gently, and then I could adjust the intensity of the vibration myself. It heats up quickly, but not immediately, and there is a safety feature against overheating, which is safe for the body. The different programs for combining physiotherapeutic effects are convenient. I want to say that whether it's in combination with medications or due to the effect of the Smart-Prost, my pain has decreased, my leukocyte count in the prostate secretions has lowered, and the volume of residual urine has reduced. However, there are some minor drawbacks. I would like it to be available not only through online stores but also in physical locations; the price is also important, but health is more important than money.
