The website is just terrible, and the customer support leaves much to be desired! Read the offer agreement carefully: it states that after confirming access to the site, the paid subscription is automatically renewed. When registering, they only charge 1 ruble, and then without warning, they deduct at least 899 rubles. When I contacted support to get my money back, they told me that I agreed to the offer agreement, including the automatic deduction. But in the Personal Account, it's impossible to cancel the subscription — you have to contact support first, and only they can disable the subscription. The cancel button in the Personal Account doesn't work! Support only added that they are acting within the law, and they have no grounds for a refund. Be careful! This is not a website, but a real scam! All the positive reviews seem to be fake.
