I ordered a website audit from this service. For ten days, there was no information about the progress of the work. When I contacted support, the only response was, "A specialist is working on your website audit and will post their report soon." After 15 days, I sent another email requesting a refund, and half an hour later, the audit was ready.
My impression of the completed work is that it was indeed done in a hurry, within 30 minutes. The report contained generic template phrases that could apply to any website. I regret the time spent waiting and the money wasted.
