I do not recommend dealing with this company. Somehow, I ended up in an online webinar hosted by this company, where Vladimir Belozerov, who claims to be a Yandex.Direct trainer, and his subordinate Artem Yeremeyevsky, who positions himself as the head of this company, were presenting. They conducted a webinar to recruit participants for an upcoming online training on contextual advertising. At the end of the webinar, they talked about their guarantees—there were two, one of which was that they would refund the money if we, as customers, were dissatisfied. They mentioned this many, many times, which, by the way, raised my suspicions. After making a prepayment (I have all the evidence to confirm this, including screenshots and receipts), two weeks passed, and I simply changed my mind about participating in the training. When I wrote to support, they brushed me off. I called the phone number 8-800… (which is mostly for show), and there was always one person, Alena, who told me, "I can't help you, we don't refund prepayments; you can pay the remaining amount and try to get your money back after the training starts." Is that normal? By the way, the training starts on January 15, which means a month of waiting during all this "mess"! And it's still not guaranteed that you'll get your money back. These guys clearly mix everything up. I didn't stop there; I decided to bombard Artem Yeremeyevsky with emails through contact (I have all the correspondence with this troll—there's no other way to describe him), where he just mocks me and says he will return the money when he sees fit, or maybe he won't return it at all. I've dealt with people like him before, and I will continue to do so! By the way, he did return the money, but only after he stressed me out and after my threats. I believe this company is engaged in fraud; they won't teach you anything because they are counting on something else—just gathering people and telling them the same story that's available on YouTube (for free) but for money.
