I highly do not recommend getting involved in this nonsense! I created my own website, didn't take anything paid, followed the advice from blogarbik.ru. But getting it accepted for publication is not so easy. Questions started arising - the site is supposedly not unique, IN THE MODERATORS' OPINION...
