Now I have everything I need for working with newsletters: 1. Personalization. Using names and other variables is really important. 2. Filters. They help send offers only to those who are interested. 3. Auto-messaging. The auto funnel works directly in VKontakte. 4. Statistics. It's convenient to see link clicks, sent messages, and subscribers in beautiful graphs. 5. Stability. During my time using it, there hasn't been a single bug. The developers truly justify their price; the product is fully ready for use. I'm lowering my rating due to some aspects that need improvement. For example, when someone unsubscribes, they are placed in "no group." It would be better if they were simply removed from the list. Otherwise, messages are sent to those who have unsubscribed, which is incorrect. I also need the ability to send publications from the group using hashtags.
