I set up a subscription for my blog through Senler.ru, and overall, I like the service — the interface is intuitive and the information is clear. However, I encountered some problems with the subscription. I checked and corrected the errors myself, but I didn't change the subscription page address in Senler.ru. The last time I checked was on July 14, 2020, and the subscription went through successfully then. I received all the emails that were listed in the chain. But in the blog events, it was noted that 2 more people subscribed before my check. Their names didn't appear in the Senler list, but they ended up on the blog's subscriber list. It turns out they subscribed without using Senler.ru. I already have more than 20 such subscribers off the platform. Is this possible? It's unlikely they will subscribe again. Is there a way to transfer these subscribers to the Senler.ru list? I'm attaching screenshots.
