We ordered an electric foot file + 2 packs of replacement attachments. They delivered the electric foot file + 1 pack of replacement attachments, forgetting the second pack, which is the first downside. The second downside - when we opened the box with the replacement attachments, it was clear that the attachments had been used (see photo). We called to get comments on the delivered product; at first, they said they had rubbed against each other, then they agreed to deliver new ones and the ones they forgot to include. The next day, they brought one new pack, but the other pack they forgot to include in the first delivery was again worn out around the edges. TERRIBLE. They are selling used attachments!!! There are no additional phone numbers on the website, it's very hard to get through on just one, and there’s no section regarding returns, guarantees, etc. We decided not to deal with them anymore and just leave a review!
