I want to share my negative experience with SberTarget's marketing. This advertising is presented in the SberBusiness app, and SberTarget is positioned as a service for attracting clients. Everything sounds very appealing in the presentation, but in reality, the services turned out to be completely unrelated to SBER. The situation unfolded like this: I clicked the button to connect the service and submitted a request. Then a manager called me and said, "Currently, the services are temporarily unavailable due to a transition to another legal entity; we will contact you in 2-3 days." Fourteen days passed, the trial period ended, and 900 rubles were deducted from my account. No one had contacted me by that point, so I called technical support, where I was told that the services were connected and deductions were occurring, but I didn't understand for what, as there were no settings in the account due to the absence of services. In the end, I submitted a request to disconnect the services. I was advised to go to the Sber Business personal account and click the disconnect button. I logged in and saw that there were no services; the system offered me to reapply for this service. I called again, and in my second inquiry, I was told that it was supposed to be like that – just click... As a result, there were two such deductions, and I made about 10 inquiries to support before I was finally disconnected from the service, and they refused to refund my money, claiming that I had used their services. What a service!
