I have used the services of this site for exchanging electronic currencies through the monitoring site bestchange.ru, which I have trusted for several years. On 29.08.19, I exchanged 3588.59 WMR; the money was deducted from my Yandex wallet, but it never arrived in my WebMoney wallet. I received an email notification that there was an error during the transaction.

The support team of the site has not responded for a week; I have tried to contact them in every possible way. I left two complaints on the site on the 29th and 31st, asking the administration to urgently resolve the issue, but I received no response. There has also been no reaction to the complaint submitted through VMIID, nor to the request for arbitration with WebMoney.

I used this service for a long time without any issues. But I exchanged WMZ for YAD, the money was deducted, and I still haven't received the YAD. Customer support is not responding! I am very disappointed! It's been over 40 hours, and I have neither the money nor a response from them!
