Great service, I used it for my project. There are many diverse features that depend on competitors. There is also a good help desk where you can find all the necessary information, and if you can't find something, the support team is always ready to help. Overall, I would recommend this service for creating a chatbot.

Pros: a convenient system and an intuitive interface. You can work with both analytics and API requests, as well as with websites and other tasks. Cons: the high monthly cost of using Salebot, and not all clients are willing to pay that price. Additionally, there are occasional service disruptions. I use Salebot and am generally satisfied with the platform; I fulfill freelance orders. I don't know of alternatives for creating bots, except perhaps writing them in Python, but that takes more time and effort.
