Pros: a convenient system and an intuitive interface. You can work with both analytics and API requests, as well as with websites and other tasks. Cons: the high monthly cost of using Salebot, and not all clients are willing to pay that price. Additionally, there are occasional service disruptions. I use Salebot and am generally satisfied with the platform; I fulfill freelance orders. I don't know of alternatives for creating bots, except perhaps writing them in Python, but that takes more time and effort.
