I have been using SaleBot for over 4 years. Previously, it was a truly reliable and rapidly developing service, but now it has turned into a toxic place with raw solutions, and I do not recommend it for serious business.

1. All-in-one — in practice, it turns out completely differently. The service's policy is to combine all tools under one roof: websites, CRM, online stores, landing pages, newsletters, bots, and so on. However, in reality, SaleBot has failed to achieve full integration with truly strong services. The reason is simple: the owner does not accept any criticism, builds the service for himself, and does not allow either employees or users to comment on his decisions.

2. Many unfinished features without a stable foundation. Instead of creating a robust platform and refining key functions, the team develops dozens of new features each month, each of which works intermittently. In the last couple of months, bots have been freezing almost every day for several hours, with constant bugs and critical failures that are not even publicly acknowledged. The main issue is the lack of feedback and transparency: bugs are hidden, newsletters are not sent out, and support is silent.

3. The experiment with regional offices is a complete failure. I was one of the participants in the experiment to create SaleBot offices in the regions. 20 people spent time representing the service at events and attracting users to the platform. In the end — the chat was deleted, the community disappeared, and there was no feedback. People were simply abandoned without even a thank you.

4. Adequate criticism is banned. In the support chat, constructive questions get you instantly banned. Any attempt to compare SaleBot with other platforms results in removal from the chat. Questions about failures lead to a ban. Discussing alternatives gets you banned. Instead of developing the service for business, the project is becoming the owner's personal sandbox.

In conclusion, if you just want to test a hypothesis — this is the place for you, in this testing dump. If you need a real business that won't stop for 4 hours due to another raw feature — look for another service. If you are an integrator — you will only be justifying yourself to clients for someone else's bugs. If you have a business — you will lose money on downtime, won't get support, and will only find out about failures when everything has already stopped.

The bottom line: SaleBot is a great way to go gray and lose money. I recommend all newcomers to immediately master another builder, and the old users should consider moving.
