Terrible service.
Customers are deceived. The servers provided have limitations of 95% out of 100%! All versions of Windows are incorrect... When we started using the services of RUVDS, we tried to create a machine 18 times... and all 18 times were unsuccessful due to the fault of RUVDS. This company did not take any measures even after sending about 50 emails, making over 350 calls, and receiving around 1000 responses.
At the beginning of our work with them, RUVDS provided bonus credits, which were used up due to the company's issues (incorrect functioning of servers and RUVDS services).
During our time with RUVDS, they automatically set limits on the machine, as they had previously mentioned, 95% limits out of 100%. The virtual machine was constantly getting blocked, and the company's administration used the machine for their personal purposes! As a result of a technical inspection, it was found that 98% of the system was using system processes.
In the end, we filed complaints with all supervisory authorities and left the RUVDS service forever.
