If you give them a heads-up in advance, the restriction will be lifted, and you can upload the data normally. The write load seems suspicious to them. Many things are prohibited in their terms, including web scraping. So it's better to familiarize yourself with the rules beforehand to avoid unexpected nuances. Otherwise, the server works stably. Websites are almost always accessible, and if there are temporary outages, they are quickly resolved. I don’t remember my sites being down for several hours. Maintenance is carried out, as with everyone, but I am always notified about it in advance. Overall, this is a quality and inexpensive server that I can recommend to others. It's also worth noting the ability to customize on the fly. I configured the server when renting it, and if needed, I can increase the RAM or CPU cores without transferring data. This is convenient, and I think many will appreciate it, although I haven't felt the need for it myself yet.
