We have been using the services of this company for 4 years. Their work was rated at 4 with a minus. Every month, our accounting department follows a standard procedure: they generate an invoice for cashless payment to RUVDS and make the payment. This was also the case in May 2023. We paid everything on time and in advance. However, on May 28 at 9 AM, our server was blocked due to non-payment. After a brief investigation, RUVDS discovered our funds in their account, apologized, and promised to turn the server back on, but... nothing happened. After numerous inquiries to customer support, the server was eventually activated, but our website and enterprise management system would not start. As a result: the operation of Apache and php-fpm services was disrupted - they would not start. The access parameters to the socket for the Nginx proxy php-fpm were messed up. The buffer size and timeout settings for php-fpm in nginx.conf were also incorrect. There were numerous errors in the Nginx configuration. And the service representative confidently claims: "We do not deal with such work." They messed everything up themselves and refused to fix anything. It is now 23:57, and the service is still not running.
