The bank is terrible. The employees are rude. The interest rates are huge. There are no cashiers or terminals in the branches, and they force you to overpay other banks for loan repayment. I wish the employees of the Omsk branch would always hear in response to me the words directed at me - "your problems." And I hope the employees of the Chelyabinsk branches quickly save enough money not only to issue loans but also to buy terminals and/or pay cashiers, so that we, the insignificant ones, could pay the gentlemen.
