I've been using Spam Guard for several months now, and so far, I'm satisfied. It's nice that I can clean my account of previously posted spam and spam accounts, as well as set up real-time protection. Of course, at the beginning, I had to spend some time on the settings, like whitelists, to avoid banning anyone unnecessarily. But it was worth it.
