The service works and fulfills its main task, which is the most important thing. I liked the availability of a demo version, which allows you to test and understand how everything works. I cleared my page of annoying spammers, and that definitely improved the situation. People have started interacting under the posts again. I'm also pleased that there's no need to manually delete and ban anymore; everything can be done automatically.
