I contacted the Remosun service center to repair my Samsung microwave. The microwave would turn on by itself, living its own life, so to speak. I called several repair shops, but no one wanted to take on the repair. They all said it was the fault of the touch keyboard, and they didn't repair that. Here, to my surprise, they said, "Bring it in, we'll fix it." I brought it in. An hour later, the technician called: "Come pick it up, it's ready." The microwave has been working without any glitches for two weeks now. Thank you very much!!!
