I ordered a mechanized floor screed in my apartment - 72 sq.m. An estimator came, looked everything over, and quoted a price. The price was average for Moscow (I had previously monitored prices for this service). I started reviewing the contract and didn’t notice anything suspicious. We scheduled a date and time for the work to be done. On the scheduled day, I encountered one inconvenience. The workers "put the responsibility" on me to clear the area near the entrance for their vehicles that brought materials and equipment. It wasn’t difficult for me, but to be honest, I did this task without much pleasure.
All the work took 6 hours (I thought they would work longer). I didn’t buy anything; they brought everything. The next day, I walked on the floor and checked it. I invited a knowledgeable friend to take a look. He checked and said everything was done properly. I have no complaints about the quality. Payment was according to the contract, everything was transparent. Final payment was made after the work was accepted.
