All online consultants for websites seem good while they are free. After the trial period ends, their capabilities are significantly reduced. For example, on Redhelper, after the trial, it's no longer possible to see which page the visitor is on. The consultant on the site feels like a hedgehog in the fog, unaware of which product is being discussed. However, from the main page of the interface, you can still find out the URL of the page the user is currently on :) Another disappointment for me was that Redhelper operators have recently started calling to inform that for all commercial purposes, the online consultant will become paid. What can I say?! #GOODBYE UPD: It seems times are changing, and Redhelper has become more user-friendly. For now, I’m hesitant to install it on my sites, but it seems there’s a free almost full version for non-commercial use.
