The price in the initial offer and the actual cost of the work almost matched, which is rare. Everything was done with high quality and ahead of the agreed deadlines. The crew was all Russian. Surprisingly, even the demolition can be done beautifully – I've never seen that before. The site was clean, everything was neatly packed into bags, and I visited there every day and saw all stages of the work – it was clean the entire time.
