I had a problem with my domain due to the inaction of R01.RU, ruwebcenter.ru, and publicdomainregistry.com - I lost my domain during the transfer!
A year ago, I initiated the transfer of my domain from the reseller 1gb.ua (registrar Online Nic) to ruwebcenter.ru, which is a partner of R01.ru, and the registrar is publicdomainregistry.com. Over this year, the domain has not been transferred; it has simply been lost! The domain was transferred correctly, changes in whois occurred, but it disappeared from the old registrar's panel, and there is no information about its whereabouts.
ruwebcenter.ru only responds through tickets and does not provide phone numbers or Skype. They cannot help because they do not have access to the R01.ru control panel: "I do not have access to the internal functions of the control panel." This means that ruwebcenter.ru is absolutely useless in this matter. Meanwhile, they have raised the prices for domains threefold, even though the dollar has not increased that much. I topped up my balance at their request, but nothing changed!
The PDR website states that "the domain is stuck in the transfer process," but it can't be stuck for over a year. Usually, if a domain is in process, the status should be transferPending, but my domain's status is "ok." This indicates that the transfer has essentially completed, but the domain has not appeared in R01.ru and is located who knows where.
Now PDR is requiring a notarized copy of my passport and a statement in English to help finalize the transfer. R01.ru support does not respond on ICQ, and they do not provide Skype. I have spent a fortune on calls to Moscow, but to no avail. In response to a request from R01.ru, I only received "The domain was not transferred under our management." And that's it.
