I use the ProxyLine service and I am completely satisfied: the support is always available and responds quickly to questions. The prices are reasonable for such a wide range of geo locations, the proxies work reliably with minimal disruptions, and captchas occur rarely. There are also many payment options, and the registration process is easy and intuitive.
